for laboratories
Bring your sampling service to where the farmer is.
Place your soil, water and leaf analysis service on the platform farmers open every day. Appear in the catalog by region and service, receive direct inquiries, and let your result land in the farmer's field passport and feed into the AI agronomist's recommendations — so your work becomes value that's visible all season. For laboratories the platform is completely free.

What's here for a laboratory
Your problem is often not analysis quality — it's reaching the farmer and showing them the value of the work. The platform is built for exactly that.
A stream of customers comes without ads
When a farmer touches on soil analysis on the platform, asks about a fertilizer dose or opens the catalog, they see suitable labs by region. You're there — and at exactly the right moment of their search.
Your result lives on the platform
When the farmer uploads the analysis document (PDF or image) to the platform, the system reads it and writes it into the soil passport. From then on the AI's fertilizer and irrigation recommendations rest on exactly the values you measured — the lab work doesn't stay on paper.
You arrive at the field prepared
The farmer can share the field's short card — boundary, area and the latest index reading — with a tokenized link. Before you set out you see the size of the field and its condition this week, and plan the sampling accordingly.
Repeat work — not a one-off order
Because the farmer stays on the platform, the relationship doesn't end at season's close. A new field, a new season, a changing problem — not a fresh search each time, but your profile and past correspondence.
Reach farmers in 4 steps
From sign-up to appearing in the catalog is usually 15 minutes — no contract and no payment.
Create a profile
At sign-up choose the “Laboratory” role: company name, services (soil analysis, NPK, pH, water, leaf), the region you cover and contact details.
Appear in the catalog
Your profile is published in the provider catalog. Farmers filter by country, region and service type to find you.
Receive inquiries
The farmer writes directly from your profile: which field, what problem, when it's needed. The correspondence is kept on the platform — nothing is lost.
Close out the result
You run the analysis and give the result document to the farmer. When they upload the document to their field, the system reads the values and includes them in the AI recommendations.
Tools for laboratories
All of it is in the free package — there's no paid tier for laboratories.
Provider profile
Company name, service list, coverage area, address and contact. You edit it yourself anytime.
Catalog visibility
Farmers filter by country, region and service type. A farmer searching for analysis nearby sees you.
Direct messaging
The farmer writes from the platform, you reply. No middleman, commission or third party.
History of repeat analyses
When the farmer updates the analysis the older values stay in the history. A ready basis for showing the change and for justifying when the next sample is due.
Result reading
When a paper or PDF analysis is uploaded by the farmer, the system recognizes the values (pH, NPK, organic matter, etc.) and writes them into the soil passport.
AI integration
The soil passport is part of the AI agronomist's context: the fertilizer dose and irrigation recommendation rest on the figures you measured.
Field card view
When the farmer sends a share link, you see the field's short card — boundary, area, latest index reading — without opening an account.
Service specialization
Soil, water, leaf, NPK, pH — state precisely which analyses you offer so that inquiries match.
The impact of the result is visible
After the analysis the farmer tracks the index trend and season comparison — the outcome of your work is visible in numbers.
A win for both sides
The lab gets more, more precise work, and the farmer gets the result in a form they can actually use.
For the laboratory
- New farmer inquiries, targeted by region
- Direct contact without a middleman and a correspondence history
- The farmer shares the field card — you arrive prepared
- Because the result lives on the platform, the chance of repeat work rises
- The profile and catalog are completely free
For the farmer
- Finds a reliable lab nearby
- Sees the value of taking samples from the right points
- The result lands in the field passport and isn't lost
- The fertilizer dose is refined by the soil's real values
- Repeating the analysis from the same place next season is easy
Explanation of the flow — illustration
From paper to recommendation — the route of a result
An analysis result that stays on paper changes nothing all season. On the platform it lands in the field's soil passport and becomes an input to the fertilizer recommendation. Below is that route, step by step.
Step 1
The farmer photographs the document you issued, or uploads the PDF.
Step 2
The system reads out values such as pH, NPK and organic matter; the farmer corrects anything misread.
Step 3
The values are written into the field's soil passport — lab figures take precedence over general soil maps.
Step 4
From then on the AI's fertilizer and irrigation advice rests on exactly the figures you measured.
This is an explanation of the flow — we promise no specific number or measured accuracy gain. The outcome varies with the field, the crop and the number of samples.
How it's built
Which parts of the platform the laboratory profile connects to.
Profile and catalog
The provider profile stores country, region, service list and contact details. On the catalog page farmers filter by the same fields.
- The role is chosen at sign-up — “Laboratory”
- Services are shown as a multi-select
- The coverage area is set at region level
- The profile is editable anytime
Inquiry and messaging
The farmer starts a chat from your profile. All correspondence stays on the platform; you see incoming inquiries in one place.
- No middleman — the farmer is directly with you
- No commission is charged
- Correspondence history is kept
- You're notified when an inquiry arrives
The result entering the system
The analysis document is uploaded by the farmer; the system reads the values from the image or PDF and writes them into the soil passport. Lab values take precedence over other sources.
- pH, NPK, organic matter and other values are recognized
- The soil passport becomes part of the AI context
- The result ties to the field and stays in the history
- The farmer reopens the document anytime
Paid packages apply to farmers only (they start with a 1-month free trial). For laboratories, joining, the profile, the catalog and messaging are completely free — no subscription fee and no sales commission.

For laboratories the platform is completely free: no joining fee, monthly subscription or order commission. Paid packages apply to farmers only.
You appear in the provider catalog by country, region and service type. When a farmer searching for soil analysis nearby applies the filter, your profile shows in the list and they can message you directly.
You give the result to the farmer as usual — as a PDF or in print. When the farmer uploads that document to their field, the system reads the values, writes them into the soil passport and includes them in the AI recommendations.
Only what the farmer shares themselves. They can send the field's short card via a link or invite you to their organization. Without these there's no access to field data.
No — a photo of the document is enough. The system reads the values itself and the farmer corrects anything misread with one tap. A clear, straight-on photo reads better.
Yes — you can list your services and terms in the profile description. The payment process happens off the platform, directly between you and the farmer.
